2006 AGM - Tuesday February 28

The 2006 AGM will be held at 6:30 pm on Tuesday February 28 upstairs at the Royal Inn On The Park, 111 Lauriston Road, E9 7HJ.

This is the same venue as last year. All teams wishing to play in the 2006 season must send a representative to the meeting.

New teams wishing to join should contact the secretary Tim Castle in advance via email or by phone on 0705 0114 096.

Derek Underwood at Victoria Park!: but who's the bloke in the dodgy hat? Former Kent and England bowler Derek "Deadly" Underwood came to Victoria Park in January to quote for rebuilding the cricket nets. Old Fallopians photographer Philip Barrass was there to record the moment.

We win Canary Wharf Sports Development Award 

The League is one of the winners of Canary Wharf's 2004 Group Sports Awards for our role in promoting cricket in the local community. 
We were nominated by Mafij Rab of Vallance Community Sports Club and Vallance CC, which also both won awards.
The League commitee plus some of the League's founding committee members attended a ceremony on Friday November 26 at the East Wintergarden, Canary Wharf, to receive the award. Click here to see photos from the event.

2004 Champions

Tower Ravens were the 2004 Premier League champions and Vallance were the champions of the 2004 Plate. Congratulations to both teams. See the final 2004 league tables here...
