Chats Palace: 80 for 3 in 12 overs

A mighty giant-killing act by basement team Chats Palace, slaying the
(admittedly under-strength and a man short) mighty Masiha.
Winning the toss,
Chats Palace were always in control of the match with three early wickets;
Opening bowlers Nomaan and Woodman creating an impressive opening spell of
four overs each. Masiha managed to set a target for Chats of 80.
A 'match within a match', with Chats' opening bats of Pakistani origin
against a similar opposition, led to a quick flurry of runs, but an early
wicket.
Chats captain Gary Horsman entered the fray with a few early hits
before settling the team down to easily reach the target. The game was
played in excellent spirits.
