Having won the toss, the Ducks went into Batt with the Star batsmen " The
Rocket Zulki " back fresh from his injury looked dangerous and took the
attack to the Callys, scoring at an average of 10 an over smacked the ball
to all parts of the park helped on the other end by " amir whirlwind khan ".
The rocket retiring on 50, thrown in was the " Dynamite Sibet ", again
igniting the ball with his dynamic batting stokes and taking the openers out
with the ball. Once the wirlwind had settled, the " Bomb Ahmed " was set who
blew the ball from all angles with bat and bowl.
Lastly and not to mention the " Tactician " what can I say he did get
the Golden Duck ??. Ah, nearly forgot we had our first " Diamond Husnain
Duck " well done to him for sparkling the team name.
Callys made a good start but after loosing the opening batsmen they
never kept upto the run rate with excellent opening bowling from Sibet and
Ahmed, the over rate was always exceeding, well batted by Faisal.

Match reduced to 14 overs due to 7pm start. This top of the table
clash in the red league was keenly fought with the Ducks taking the
Ducks maintained their 100% start to the season inflicting a 32 run
defeat on the Caledonian Conquerers.
Having won the toss The Ducks elected to bat. Some lacklustre bowling
from Cally's was punished early on with the Ducks opener retiring on his 50.
revor Semper and Waqar Ali came into the attack to stem the flow of
runs. Cally's were set 149 to win off the 14 overs.
The Ducks bowlers performed well and made it difficult for the Cally's
big guns to fire. Only M Fazal (51 Not out) had any answers to thier varied
and disciplined bowling. In the end Ducks won comfortably.
