Victoria Lounge batted first and after losing an early wicket put on a
decent second wicket stand. However, wickets fell quickly from then on with
Rose and Crown again sharp in the field and taking their chances well.
With one man short, defending the small target was going to be a tough
ask for Victoria Lounge. Their opening bowlers were accurate and slowed Rose
and Crowns chase but a patient innings of 42 not out from Sean Feeney saw
the Rose home.
