The game went to the last over when an undermanned Cavaliers team were
made to struggle throughout this hard fought match. The Parkians are a fine
young side that will be challenging for honours come the end of the season.
Once again Stephen "McQueen" Williams in his first match of the season
hit a half century, to continue his hot streak from last season when he
fired 7 fifties. Crisp leg spin bowling by the Cavaliers Iain "Sus" Pendrigh
even bedazzled the might of the Cavaliers wicket-keeper, Duke of Kenneth
Marshall when the Duke was hit by a bail after "Sus" Pendrigh clean bowled
Parkians "Kill" Bill for 2.
The game was played in the true spirit of sportsmanship. Well done one
and all.
