Pacific won by 20 runs
Pacific lost the toss and were put into bat
Pacific: 150 for 2 in 16 overs
GAD: 130 for 3 in 16 overs
On a warm evening G.A.D won the toss and chose to insert Pacific.
Although off to a steady start, Boorman found his stride after around the
five over mark and then started to mount a decent total.
This was later enhanced when Allum came to the crease and helped Pacific
reach the 150 mark. The opening Pacific bowlers Lucius Faisal and Daryl
Roberts kept a firm grip on proceedings in the first four overs with Roberts
adding the scalp of Scanlon.
Errington then found his range and after the ten over mark there was a
realistic prospect of G.A.D perhaps sneaking a result at the death.
However with Errington's retirement at 50 and despite Jadaav
accelarating, the introduction of specialist death bowler Allum allowed
control and the extra wicket. Faisal also came back to help maintain the run
flow.
Good match played in good spirit.
