Junoon faced Tawheed on a pleasant evening, and with Tawheed having a strong position in the league standings, Junoon knew this match would need a bit of grafting.

Tawheed won the toss and opted to bart first. Tidy bowling from the openers, Walid and Firoz made it harder for the bastmen to make any big impact on the scoresheet, and wickets then started to fall at one end.

Opener Ash stayed defiant as other batsmen were taking risks with shots in the air, and slow running between the wickets. Junoon kept on grafting in the field, with tight fielding, bowlers being rotated, and plenty of morale boost. Tawheed finally finished on 115 in their allotted 16 overs.

Junoon started their batting with a solid foundation form openers Walid and Dasniyal. The strike was constantly rotated and runs kept on accumulating. Tawheed struck in the 5th over and Tawheed opened up an opportunity to get right back in the game.

The frail middle order were frequent visitors of the crease and Junoon had to stay focused as the victory was now in their sights. The victory came in the 15th over with Riz and Ash making sure they kept their nerves and didnt leave it to the last over.

Overall, a great match played by both teams, and Junoon earned the victory with great determination and plenty of hard work.
